What do I need to join?

You need to present 2 forms of identification (one form of ID from each of the sections below is required) to join and a minimum of £1 is needed to open an account and keep it activated.

Proof of Identity

Proof of Identity must include a photograph and can be in the form of one of the following:

Current EU or UK Driving License (full or provisional)
Current valid passport
NI Electoral Identity Card
Other (e g. DRD Senior Citizen Smart Pass)
EU member state ID card
Valid UK Firearms certificate which includes photograph

Evidence of Address

Proof of Address must be current (no more than 3 months old) and may be one of the following:

Current EU or UK Driving License
EU member state ID card
Current Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, Water, Rates, Landline Telephone)
NI Electoral Identity Card
Recent mortgage statement
Solicitors letter confirming recent house purchase
HMRC Tax notification (dated within last 12months)
Bank/ Building Society/ Credit Card statement
Official Document from a Government Body (e.g. Pensions and benefits, tax credits)
Valid UK Firearms Certificate including photograph

One document cannot be used to prove both identity & address. You must provide one item from each list.

Please ensure that all bills & statements are dated within the last 3 months unless otherwise stated.

The criteria to become a member is that you either live or work in the Teemore or Derrylin and surrounding areas (our common bond area). In addition, family members residing in the same household as a directly qualifying member are regarded as also having the qualification for membership.

Minors Account

Birth Certificate is required, Proof of address - parents proof of address, see list of acceptable documents above. Minor accounts can only be opened by parents/guardian in person at our office.
